- 阿赖耶外道
- The (sa) ālaya heresy, one of the thirty heretical sects named in the 大日經, 住心, chapter 1, that the (sa) ālaya is a sort of eternal substance or matter, creative and containing all forms; when considered as a whole, it is non-existent, or contains nothing; when considered 'unrolled,' or phenomenal, it fills the universe. It seems to be of the nature of materialism as opposed to the idealistic conception of the (sa) ālaya-vijñāna.
